Agileday Product Updates: Introducing Pulse

At Agileday, we are dedicated to making your work processes more people-driven, efficient, and seamless. We are excited to announce the release of our latest feature: Pulse. As part of Engagement Space, Pulse complements the Insights feature by offering a new way to gather valuable feedback from your people. This powerful tool enables you to create recurring surveys, track responses, and identify trends over time, all aimed at enhancing engagement and understanding within your team.

Pulse: Follow eNPS and Gather Valuable Insights from Your People

Understanding the sentiments and needs of your team is crucial for maintaining a productive and positive work environment. Pulse allows you to create tailored surveys that provide valuable insights into your team's engagement and satisfaction. This recurring survey tool helps you stay connected with your personnel, ensuring that you can address concerns and celebrate successes in real-time.

Compared to stand-alone survey tools, Pulse is connected to all the other data in Agileday. You can easily target surveys dynamically to people with certain roles or members of a select business unit or team. Also, as part of your operating system, it is easily accessible to all your employees.

How to Get Started

  1. Enable the feature: As an admin, navigate to the Feature Flags section in Agileday settings and enable Pulse. 
  2. Set Up Your Pulse: Navigate to the Engagement Space / Pulse section in Agileday. Create a new Pulse by selecting the questions and respondents.
  3. Schedule Your Survey: Choose the frequency and start date for your survey. Configure settings to ensure surveys are sent out at your desired intervals.
  4. Monitor Results: Track responses and analyse data to identify trends and gather actionable insights.
