Financial data

Compared to traditional financial systems, Agileday is not only about reporting the past but also enabling reliable forecasting of the future. We make financial data visible in daily decision-making, enabling more autonomy and ownership of business results throughout the organization. Financial data is also readily available to all relevant stakeholders.

Our financial data capabilities are beneficial to managers and employees, providing you with:

• Opportunity forecasting: Revenue and margin based on planned allocations and employees’ cost rates.
• Project reports and forecast: Combine realized revenue with future backlog (future financial impact) into a fact-based overview.
• Portfolio view and business status: See your total project portfolio and adjust the view with filters to see the necessary content.
• Margin impact for staffing: Make educated choices based on differences in margins.‍
• Periodization: We support periodization for all costs and revenue to ensure quality data.

Global search

We're more than glad to release our global search, which allows you to quickly access almost anything within Agileday. The search is accessible in the top bar and with a common keyboard shortcut: CMD or CTRL + K.

Internally, many of us have moved to almost exclusively using the new search feature instead of the navigation, and we hope you like it as much as we do! To learn more about the global search feature, check out our documentation (available only for logged-in users).
